JS License Plate Capture System
Jatagan offers a patent pending video system: the JS License Plate Capture System™. This professional grade equipment can capture vehicle license plate number from a distance up to 300’ at 60 mph, in poor weather with headlights on, and no ambient light source! Most license plate capture systems to date have limited range of about 100’ or less, and are effective for slow moving vehicles only.
This highly capable system opens up a wide range of applications from identifying vehicles at points of entry, to speeding vehicles passing a checkpoint, day or night, even in bad weather.
JS License Plate Capture System™ is designed and built by Jatagan using the latest advanced technologies. The images captured by the system can be fed to automatic character recognition software for access control and identification of hot-listed or unidentified vehicles with automated alerts. It can also function as an automated time clock to track vehicles entering and leaving a premise.
